Mathew is a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BICB) Program under the mentorship of Dr. Chad L. Myers and Dr. Rogers. He was awarded a graduate assistantship from the MnDRIVE Data Science Initiative in 2023 for his work in machine learning and Parkinson’s Disease risk prediction.
